Adcraft SL300ES Specification
Adcraft’s manual gravity feed slicers are constructed of high quality
anodized aluminum which makes them extremely durable and easy to clean.
Perfect for slicing vegetables and lunch meats. Their small footprint and
compact design make them ideal for delis, sub shops and small restaurants.
Each model comes with a removable carriage for easy cleanup and a built in
sharpener to always ensure a sharp edge for every slice. The blades have a
permanently attached ring guard around them for safety. The motors are
belt driven and each unit is 110V with a NEMA 5-15 plug. These items are
all ETL Certifi ed and backed by Adcraft’s one year replace or repair
warranty policy.

Light duty slicers are ideal for low volume applications with less than
1 hour of slicing per day. These items are not meant for cutting raw or
frozen meat and/or cheese.
Medium duty slicer is ideal for several hours of slicing per day.
Slicing raw or frozen meat is not recommended for this item. A maximum
of 30 minutes a day of cheese slicing is recommended for this item.
