American Range Quality Cooking Equipment Line

American Range Corporation has remained loyal to its basic principle: helping professional and home chefs cook a perfect meal, time and again. That’s why it has not moved its Pacoima, California-based manufacturing facilities out of America to test itself against the stringent American quality standards. American Range convection ovens, cooktops, and other appliances can thus address the requirements of the world’s most demanding professional environments. The brand continues its legacy under the corporate banner of Hatco, an employee-owned global leader in manufacturing and distributing foodservice equipment.

  • Restaurant Ranges: Gas-fueled ranges are available in many configurations and sizes, varying between 24 to 72 inches. Heavy-duty, commercial-grade construction ensures durability and stability. Matchless push-button ignition and 100% safety gas valve are standard in all the models. Griddles, charbroilers, and hot tops combine with up to 10 open burners for the range top. Base options include single or double standard or convection ovens and storage cabinets.
  • American Range Broilers: Adjustable charbroiler models come in modular countertops and freestanding open cabinet base options. Each unit provides high BTU ratings for even heat distribution for fast and efficient cooking. Wood-fired charbroilers, radiant broilers, wood-chip smokers, horizontal chicken, and kebab broilers have cast iron top grates to make attractive sear markings. The brand also delivers gas-fired upright broilers with infrared burners and single or double-deck ovens.
  • American Range Ovens: American Range convection ovens also have multiple configurations and types. Single or double-deck ovens are powered by gas or electricity. They can heat from room temperatures up to 350°F in 7 minutes or less. Rotisserie ovens have 4, 7, or 14 spits to cook tens of chickens quickly.
  • Griddles: American Range offers 6 widths (12 to 72 inches) griddles, with u-shaped burners for every 12-inch cooking surface. The highly polished steel griddle plates are 3/4 or 1 inch thick. Besides teppanyaki griddles, models with broiler and open burner combos are available in the same size options.
  • Cheesemelters & Salamanders: Products in this line supply instant, even heating with gas-fired infrared burners. These countertop appliances can also be mounted on a wall or range top.
  • Fryers: American Range delivers high-efficiency countertop and freestanding professional fryers, fry dump stations, and portable fryer filter systems. One to two-fry pot units offer 25 to 85 fat capacities.
  • Hot Plates: American Range cooktop alternatives are almost limitless, with 1 to 10 lift-off open burners, each generating 32,000 BTU. In step-up models, the rear burners are raised by 4 inches.
  • Specialty Equipment: American Range commercial stove line includes stock pot and wok ranges. Gyro machines, pasta cookers, and Mongolian barbeque grills can meet more specialized cooking demands.
  • Equipment Stands: You can use your American Range cooking equipment on stainless steel heavy-duty stands of various sizes. The raised top shelf prevents appliances from sliding off the stand. They make your countertop equipment portable with 5-inch casters.

The food service industry is very competitive. The reliable American Range cooking appliances have proven to be one of the best competitors in this industry, serving top chefs for over three decades.
