Chef’s Icon bottom-mounted reach-in refrigerators and freezers are made of stainless steel frames, doors, and panels for durability. CFC-free refrigerant and foam insulation, electronic thermostat, digital LED temperature display, and easy-to-mount 4-inch casters are standard for all units. The solid self-closing locking doors are field-reversible. The freezer doors also have a factory-installed heating element to prevent condensation and ensure firmer sealing. The units are available in one, two, and three-section sizes. They have 3 adjustable heavy-duty wire shelves per section to accommodate a storage capacity of around 18, 42, or 66 cubic feet.
Chef’s Icon sandwich & salad prep tables keep the ingredients within the 33-40°F temperature range with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system. Size options are 1 to 3 sections, each with a solid hinged door and adjustable epoxy-coated shelf. Under the top cover of each section is an opening that can accommodate eight 1/6 fractional pans to hold various condiments. The internal volume options of 7 to 18 cubic feet vary by door-drawer configuration and size.
Chef’s Icon pizza prep tables use the environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant to cool the unit using the side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system. The internal volumes are 12 and 22 cubic feet on one and two-door models. The raised pan rail has an opening for six to nine 1/3-size food pans. All the prep tables feature a removable polyethylene cutting board and include fractional pans to facilitate food prepping.
Chef’s Icon flat-top bottle coolers have one or two sliding lockable lids and rear-raised glass rails. The two-lid model offers a 13.5 cubic feet capacity; you can stack 18 cases of 12-oz. bottles or 22 cases of 12-oz. cans. The temperature range of 33-41°F can easily be regulated using the digital LED display. The black stainless steel exterior makes the unit sturdy and stylish. The units come with a bottle cap catcher.
Chef’s Icon draft beer cooler has a side-mounted evaporation system, high-density foamed-in-place insulation, and self-closing lockable doors to keep 3 half-barrel kegs cool. The unit features two insulated and cold air channeled towers, each with two faucets to dispense beer at uniform temperatures. A black powder-coated galvanized exterior renders this direct-draw beer dispenser extra attractive.
