Crem Automatic Espresso Machines

Crem’s automatic espresso machines represent the ideal fusion of brewing excellence and user-friendly design that delivers barista-quality coffee at the push of a button. These machines feature 2 separate brewing systems with dual grinders to enable you to offer both espresso and filter coffee. Adjustable taste settings, electronic temperature control, and preprogrammed recipes facilitate crafting customized coffee experiences. Crem’s fully automatic machines include:

  • Unity1: Unity1 is for compact spaces. It has two 1-kg bean hoppers, 2 grinders, a 4-L (1.056 gal) fresh milk capacity, a single-spout outlet, and a 7-in (17.78 cm) touchscreen display with 10 preset drink menus.
  • Unity1+: Unity1+ takes Unity1’s innovation to the next level. It has the same bean hopper and milk capacities but offers more coffee options with a double-spout outlet and a 10-in (25.4 cm) touchscreen display with 15 preset drink menus.
  • SC Line: The SC Line is Crem’s solution for high-volume coffee service. It has a standard 1-kg (2.204 lb) bean hopper with a 2-kg (4.409 lb) option. Its three 2.2-L (0.581 gal) instant ingredient canisters let you prepare a wider variety of coffee-based drinks.

Crem Traditional Espresso Machines

Crem’s traditional espresso machines are for professional baristas who love precision and greater control over the coffee-making process. They allow manual finer adjustments to brew temperature, pressure, and extraction time. These machines are available in 1 to 3 group head configurations, each with around 6-L (1.585 gal) boiler capacities. The lineup has 5 models:

  • Diamant Pro: This flagship model, available in 2 or 3 group heads, is for high-end specialty cafes.
  • Onyx: Onyx and Onyx Pro Series come in 2 and 3-group head configurations. They have customizable panels with side and back LEDs.
  • Ex Line: Ex2 with 1 or 2 group heads and Ex3 with 2 or 3 group heads are Crem’s award-winning models. They have many customizable external and technical configuration options for any business, from small independent cafes to large coffee shop chains.
  • Zircon: Zircon is Crem’s entry-level espresso machine that stands out in terms of durability and ease of use. It comes in 1, 2, or 3 group configurations.
  • One: The Crem One machines combine high performance and smart features in a compact, 1-group design. These machines are available in 1 or 2 boilers with capacities of 1.7 L (0.449 gal) and 1.5 L (0.396 gal).

Crem Espresso Machine Filters

Crem’s Filter Manual category includes machines and tools for manually brewing and serving filter coffee. Tower stations allow quick bulk production, brewing 10 L (2.641 gal) in around 7 minutes. The Mega Gold TK is a serving station that brews 2.5 L (0.660 gal) coffee in less than 8 minutes. The 2.2-L (0.581 gal) Thermos holds brewed coffee hot and fresh. Other accessories in the lineup are decanter brewers, hot water boilers, airpots, warming plates, and paper filters.

Crem Espresso and Coffee Grinders

Crem’s espresso and coffee grinders provide the precision, speed, and durability needed to deliver consistently premium grounds for optimal brewing extraction. They have 50-mm (1.968 in) to 75-mm (2.952 in) flat burrs made from hardened steel. Their stepless micro-adjustment systems enable precise control over grind size. The grinding speed goes up to 5.5-gr (0.012 lb) per second. These grinders are available in multiple sizes with bean hopper capacities ranging from 300 gr (0.661 lb) to 2.5 kg (5.511 lb).
