Blakeslee is one of the first USA manufacturers to recognize the importance of the Canadian market. The Blakeslee Company plant was opened to serve the Canadian market in 1912.   • Hood/Door Type Dishwashers: With the know-how and experience of inventing the first commercial dishwashers, Blakeslee keeps going to lead the industry with its hood-type dishwashers. You can find the energy & water efficiency and ease of use in a hood-type dishwasher.
  • Wash & Store Dishwashers: Blakeslee Wash & Store, unique in the industry, has been designed and manufactured with an innovative approach. Unlike conventional dishwashers, which sanitize and dry your dishware, it also has a storage feature.
  • Rack Type Dishwashers: Blakeslee Rack Type Dishwasher is designed to be a sophisticated and practical solution for the express cleaning of plates, pots, pans, and utensils.

2. Blakeslee Food Preparation Equipment

In the 1950s, the company expanded its product range to include motorized kitchen equipment such as planetary mixers, food slicers, and vegetable peelers. The experience gained in the production of dishwashers has also been used to develop food preparation equipment.

  • Mixers/ Planetary Mixers: These units are heavy-duty mixers which easy to operate and clean. The equipment comes with an enamel, aluminum, or stainless steel case and a mixing bowl. Mixers are also equipped with batter beater and wire whip attachments. Their capacities are ranging from20 to 80 quarts.
  • Potato & Vegetable Peelers: These units can peel hundreds of tons of root vegetables or potatoes. Their capacities change from 15lbs to 60 lbs. You can have perfectly peeled potatoes or root vegetables in just a few minutes.
  • Silverware Burnishers: You can restore your stainless steel flatware with this equipment. Blakeslee Silver Burnishers are the only burnishing equipment that will also restore silver plates.

Certified to NSF/ANSI Standards

Blakeslee high-temperature dishwashers provide a high level of sanitation and are certified to NSF / ANSI standards. The 160 °F water temperature wash cycle and the final rinse cycle at 180-195 °F prevent disease transmission through food wares.
