When using canned fuel, EquaHeat's unique heating system uses the natural physics of heat rising by directing the heat up through precision-engineered baffles for even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. The baffle system eliminates the hot and cold spots that are typical when using canned fuel in traditional banquet carts. Or, turn on the electric heater and the same baffles direct heat down and evenly to each plate shelf. Either way, EquaHeat carts provide equal performance and equal plate capacity.
