BB Series Banquet Carts are designed to hold and transport plated food warm and ready for serving. They are constructed of sanitary stainless steel and feature a bottommounted, removable convection heating system with dial controls.

• Bottom mounted heating system with blower heat
  • 25 minute preheat to 160°F (93C°)
  • Full range thermostat control knob
• Dial thermometer with remote sensing bulb
• Max. temperature: 200°F (93°C); pre-heat to 160°F (71°C) in approx. 25 minutes
• All-welded, turned-in seam, double-wall, stainless steel construction
• High-density fiberglass insulation
  • 1” thick in all sides and door
  • 1.5” thick on top
• Stainless steel caster bolsters; 1x1 channel supports
• Heavy-duty, stainless steel push handles, bolted to sides with reinforced backup plates
• Welded-double panel door; concealed pin hinges
• Flush-mounted sliding latch with finger grip
• High temperature silicone gasket
• 6” polyurethane casters. BB64: all swivel, 2 with brakes. BB90: 2 fixed, 2 swivel with brakes
• Offset wheel-ahead pattern
• Non-marking gray vinyl bumper set in heavy-duty extruded aluminum frame
• Double nickel-plated removable wire shelves
• Accommodates plate/cover diameter: 8.75” to 10.5”
