The Comstock-Ca3tle R-Series Commercial Gas Ranges come standard with powerful 30,000 BTU cast-iron burners with lift-off head for easy cleaning & standing pilots. 12" x 12”removable cast iron top grate. Stainless steel front, back splash and shelf with matching G90 galvanized sides is standard finish. The unit comes standard with 6" adjustable legs or casters and a 3/4" NPT gas connection. Dvens come with 2 easy to remove oven racks and complete porcelain oven liner for easy cleaning. Heavy duty compression spring door hinge system which adds to durability and a longer life. The thermostat ranges from 200-500 F and has a flame failure safety device.
