Air is drawn into the evaporator so condensation is not sprayed onto the
food inside the cabinet. The conditioned air circulates radially from the
evaporator compartment to provide more uniform air flow distribution.
Reach-In Refrigerators and Freezers utilize a modular refrigeration system
where the assembly is dropped into the food storage zone and uses an
electric condensate evaporator which runs down the back of the unit. The
modular system can be removed for servicing, cleaning or converting from a
refrigerator to freezer in the field.
