The LCH-10 is provided with 18 pair of fully adjustable and removable tray slides. Slides are designed to accommodate a wide variety of trays and pans including: 18"x26", 12"x20", GN 2/1 and GN 1/1. Additional slides are available purchas.
FWE's low temperature cook and hold oven with convection heat allows meats to brown naturally, increase food quality and help cut operating costs.
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
