The Imperial IR-4-E electric restaurant range features 9" sealed round plate elements with an easy to clean flat surface and thick steel polished griddle plate for even heating across the entire surface. 3 KW serpentine elements are located below the entire griddle plate and the thermostat maintains selected temperature during peak hours.
The Imperial IR-4-E also features a space saver oven with high performance 5.3 KW element to provide even heating throughout the oven.
