Delfield’s new Specification Line equipment is designed to make your life

Energy efficiency, environmental responsiblity and maximum cooling potential combine to create Delfield’s new refrigeration system. GreenGenius uses R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant that allows it to meet and/or exceed new Department of Energy (DOE) and ENERGY STAR® 3.0 standards on most units.
Natural hydrocarbon refrigerants, like R290, have many properties that are beneficial to both foodservice operators and the environment alike. Natural refrigerant gases contribute much less to global warming and doesn’t contribute at all to ozone layer destruction, which helps preserve our people and nature.
Heating System: Cabinets are designed to maintain temperatures between 120ºF and 200ºF. Heating elements are located behind the vertical ducts. The design of the heater, which is full length of the vertical duct, allows for optimal air flow and energy efficiency. Fan motor is mounted outside of the heated compartment. System is controlled using an electronic temperature control.
Units are completely insulated with high density foamed in place environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol Compliant, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane.
