DoughXpress Pizza Equipment

DoughXpress pizza equipment is designed to provide you efficiency in pizza making by facilitating the dough processing through single like the Doughxpress DM 18 or double heat pizza presses such as the DoughXpress DXP-PB-2-8 Series, which flattens your dough balls in seconds. These pizza presses provide much faster pizza dough, spreading up to 200 crusts per hour, and there are automatic options that maximize productivity while ensuring consistency.

DoughXpress presents single, double pass, or reversible pizza sheeters to help you spread your pizza dough faster than rolling it by hand. DoughXpress Tortilla Equipment

DoughXpress tortilla equipment is among the most preferred dough processing equipment in tex-Mex restaurants with its high production rate and consistent operation. Tortilla Warmers: DoughXpress presents commercial tortilla warmers that can be used alone or with dough presses to serve freshly made and warm tortillas to maximize customer satisfaction. Engineered to reach 410F for even and quick cooking, DoughXpress tortilla warmers present heat temperature control between 200°F (93.333°C) and 400°F (204.444°C) and evenly distribute heat all through the platen for uniform texture.
