The BAR-106 & 206have door mounted racks. These models are recommended for heating similar products over and over, where visibility during heating is not required. For example, they are ideal for heating bread at a bread station.
Use of unit elements
Anywhere between 4-6 months depending on the type and amount of product you are cooking. The grease filter is cleanable in a dish machine or pot sink. The particulate and carbon filters should be changed. It is recommended to purchase extra sets to have on hand.
