Approvals of this product

All of hoods are approved to UL safety, CSA and NSF standards. SAVG PALI and SAV-O MISTRAL are certified to meet the EPA 202 test method in accordance with NFPA 96. Specific additional approvals in New York City and the City of Los Angeles have been obtained.

How often change the filters?

Anywhere between 4-6 months depending on the type and amount of product you are cooking. The grease filter is cleanable in a dish machine or pot sink. The particulate and carbon filters should be changed. It is recommended to purchase extra sets to have on hand..
