Capacity ranges from (72) - (72) depending on overall plate and cover height. XL models are available to accommodate up to 12.375" plates and XXL model available to accommodate up to 13.25" plates.
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Dual Heat Tunnel System - Unique baffle and vented tunnel minimizes temperature difference top to bottom and side to side which allows for the entire cabinet to be used... even the lowest shelf.
Dual-Heat Electric and Sterno Heat System - Bottom electric heat source heats cabinet evenly throughout. Maintain heat unplugged with canned fuel safely in drawers.
