General Informations
E-900-XL, heated banquet cabinet with canned fuel drawers. Standard with (3) shelves for stacking up to (108) 12.375" covered plates. XXL model available to accommodate up to 13.25" plates.
Construction
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.

Dual Heat Tunnel System
Dual Heat Tunnel System - Unique baffle and vented tunnel minimizes temperature difference top to bottom and side to side which allows for the entire cabinet to be used... even the lowest shelf.
Heat System
Dual-Heat Electric and Sterno Heat System - Bottom electric heat source heats cabinet evenly throughout. Maintain heat unplugged with canned fuel safely in drawers.
Slides and Shelves
Fixed Shelves - Shelves are positioned into railings welded to body . Heavy-duty "no sag" shelves are removable to facilitate thorough cleaning.
