Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Control Panel
Electronic Controls - Electronic controls featuring easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.
Top Mount Electronic Controls - Simple to use electronic control, user friendly, easy to read and easy to set. Provided with low temperature alarm. Set range 90F - 190F (32C - 88C)
Heat System
Top Mount Heat System - Large air circulation top heat source provides open bottom base. Heated Holding Cabinet
