PHTT-4-CV, Moisture Holding, 4 pair of slides are provided at standard 4.5" spacing. If required additional slides and shelves are available.
Construction
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Control Panel
PHTT Controls - Simple to use - user-friendly, easy to read, easy to set, color-coded controls allow you to set the unit from 0% - 90% relative humidity and 90F - 200F. Equipped with low water and temperature alarms.
Electronic Controls - Electronic controls featuring easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.
Humidity Pan
Removable humidity pan: 12" x 20" pan provides large water reservoir - removable, easy to clean and replace.
Heat System
Clymate IQ Heat System - Achieve extended holding times with controlled moisture. Provide the best food quality from precision heated moisture for either long-term or short-term holding applications. Precision heat and humidity achieved by a unique push/pull air distribution system to provide uniform temperature and humidity on every level, throughout the unit.
Slides and Shelves
Adjustable Universal Slides Stainless Steel - Unique universal design holds 12" x 20" pans, 18" x 26" sheet trays or GN containers on fully adjustable stainless steel tray slides. Slides are removable for thorough interior cleaning.
