PS-1220-6-6, Heated Holding, Transport & Serving 12 pair of slides are provided at 2.625" spacing. Custom pan slide spacings are available at time of order. The PS-1220-6-6 is a dual cavity model. Each compartment has it own set of controls allowing operators additional temperature flexibility.
Construction
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Control Panel
Mechanical Controls - Mechanical controls
Humi-Temp Controls - Controls are up-front, easy to read and set, and include a full range F/C thermostat for easy operation. Thermometer continuously reads cabinet temperature - even without power source!
Passive Humidity Pan
Passive humidity pan; provided to add optional humidity to cabinet environment and to prevent drying out food, improving food quality.
Heat System
Humi-Temp Heat System - Heat source with passive humidity circulates heat evenly throughout cabinet.
Slides and Shelves
Fixed Slides for 12x20 Pans - Accommodates shallow and and deep 12" x 20" pans , 18" x 13" trays and GN 1/1 containers. Unique pan slides racks' front edges are relieved for easy loading, one piece die stamped stainless steel for extra strength, and removable for easy cleaning.
