Usage Purpose

The product is pecifically designed and engineered for satellite transport applications such as institutions, hospitals and hotels!

Construction

Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.

Control Panel

• Cold Temp Controls - Intuitive controls are easy to use and highly accurate, and oversized, high demand components assure rapid pull down times and recoveries. Set range 33F - 40F (1C - 4.4C).
• Electronic Controls - Electronic controls featuring easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.

Heat System

Cold Temp System - Continuously intuitive defrost system with on demand override shall have heavy-duty fan circulation evaporator coil, 1/4 HP air-cooled closed system, Hi-torque condensing unit with thermal expansion valve, filter-dryer, pressure control and condensation lines and pan.

Slides and Shelves

Fixed Shelves - Shelves are positioned into railings welded to body . Heavy-duty "no sag" shelves are removable to facilitate thorough cleaning. Shelves accommodate up to (120) 10" x14" institutional meal trays or up to (96) 11" plates. Custom shelf spacing available at time of order
