The RH-B-32 Retherm Oven is provided with (16) sets of fixed slides spaced at 3.5". Each set of slides holds (2) 13.5" x 26" x2.5" speed baskets. The RH-B-32 can accommodate up to (320) 6.5" x 5" trays, 10 per basket.
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Electronic Controls - Electronic controls featuring easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.
Retherm Controls - Easy to use controls allow the operator to preset the time and temperature of the cooking cycle, as well as the holding temperature, eliminating the need for constant monitoring
Adjustable door vents; allows desired holding conditions from moist to crisp foods, achieving optimal results.
Retherm Heat System - Full cabinet air circulation for high volume heating and finishing prepared foods. No venting hood space required for most local codes.
Slides and Shelves
Adjustable Slides for Various Baskets,Trays & Pans - Unique universal design holds 13"x26" and/or 18"x26" baskets plus 12" x 20" pans, 18" x 26" sheet trays or GN containers on fully adjustable tray slides. Slides are removable for thorough interior cleaning.
