To start the motor, put the filled cup under the Smart-Start™ mixing shaft and push.
Deliver consistent mixing for consistent results. Additional cycles can be downloaded via memory card.
Available in manual mode, it allows the operator to control mixing time and motor speed. Stop/start button lets the operator stop the mixing action any time.
Provides heavy-duty vertical mixing action for hard- and soft-serve ice cream as well as mix-ins. Electronic speed control provides constant speed regardless of load. Vented housing on the unit prevents the motor from overheating.
Contoured splash guard is easy to remove; stainless steel splash pan is easily removed with thumb screws and is dishwasher safe.
