This Howard McCray red meat deli display case is equipped with a Copevap system eliminating the need for condensate pan. This unit features a heavy gauge steel super structure, 28 in H thermal insulated front glass, bottom storage and is equipped with a drain for cleaning and electronic controls and automatic defrost. The interior of this Howard McCray deli case comes with a white aluminum floor and an air insulated baffle to prevent moisture from entering the display area. The exterior features double pane rear removable doors, rear compression door jamb, a removable front and rear grille to allow for easy cleaning and servicing.
