Imperial ICVG-1 Gas Convection Oven

The Imperial ICVG-1 Gas Convection Oven features a Turbo-Flow System that provides even heating throughout the oven cavity resulting in cooked or baked products with less shrinkage, more moisture and better taste. This system recirculates heat to maximize efficiency for energy savings. This unit is designed with a 2 speed ½ hp fan motor for high production cooking and delicate baking and a 2 speed oven cool down feature.

This Imperial ICVG-1 oven comes with a porcelainized interior for optimal browning and easy cleaning, 2 interior oven lights, 5 oven racks and 10 rack positions for additional versatility. This model also features a dual open door design with one hand opening and closing both doors simultaneously and comes with a large window for easy viewing.
