The Imperial IR-6-E electric restaurant range features 9" sealed round plate elements with an easy to clean flat surface, thick steel polished griddle plate for even heating across the entire surface and infinite heat controls for maximum cooking flexibility. The griddle top is thick polished steel for even heating across the entire surface and comes with thermostat controls. The large griddle grease can is removable for easy cleaning.
The Imperial IR-6-E electric restaurant range also features a standard oven with high performance 5.3 KW element to provide even and consistent heating of the oven interior. The oven accommodates standard 18" x 26" sheet pans front to back and side by side. The oven is equipped with a heavy duty thermostat with temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The IR-6-E electric restaurant range features a 5.3 KW convection oven with ¼ hp blower motor that can rapidly cook products evenly with reduced shrinkage.
