Imperial IR-6-C 36" Gas Restaurant Range

This 60" Imperial IR-6-G24 gas restaurant range comes standard with PyroCentric 32,000 BTU anticlogging burner with a 7,000 BTU/hr low simmer feature. Two flame rings provide even cooking no matter the pan size. The unit comes with 12" x 11" lift-off front gates that feature a heavy-duty cast-iron construction with an anti-clogging pilot hood to protect from grease and debris. The Imperial IR-6-G24 gas restaurant range comes with 12" x 13" back grates sized for positioning large stock pots directly over burner and feature a hot air dam that deflects heat onto the stock pot. Griddle tops are highly polished ¾" plate and comes with 4" wide stainless-steel grease trough and removable grease can for easy cleaning and maintenance.
