The Imperial IRB 36 countertop gas charbroiler is ideal for any indoor cooking operation. This unit features individually controlled 15,000 BTU/hr. stainless steel burners located every 6". Removable, reinforced cast iron radiants allow even broiling and prevent clogging of burners. Standard cast iron radiants provide maximum heat retention and intense surface temperatures.
This Imperial IRB-36 features durable stainless steel front, sides and landing ledge for easy cleaning and professional appearance, welded and polished stainless steel seams, durable cast aluminum control knobs with a heat protection grip for user safety, insulated cooktop for energy conservation. This Imperial countertop broiler comes with 4" heavy duty legs with adjustable feet, a full width grease gutter and large capacity removable drip pan.
