Jackson WWS AJ-86CE is a conveyor belt-type dishwasher built for high-output applications. It maintains high-temperature sanitation without a booster heater. The conveyor belt operates automatically when a rack is fed into the opening and stops when no rack is present. This Jackson conveyor dishwasher features 2 tanks. The wash tank water is heated to a minimum of 150°F (65.56°C) for high-temp applications by thermostatically controlled 10 kW electric heating elements. The power rinse tank's minimum temperature of 160°F (71.11°C) is accomplished by 15 kW electric heating elements.

Jackson WWS AJ-86CE Wash & Rinse Cycles

Jackson WWS AJ-86CE's conveyor system optimizes dishwashing with multiple stages. The adjustable-speed conveyor belt moves standard 20 x 20-in (50.8 x 50.8-cm) racks through 4 wash and rinse cycles at a maximum of 8 ft per minute. The 25-in (63.5-cm) opening accommodates large pots, pans, and other items. The operation direction is customizable.

• Recirculating Prewash Cycle: In this 22-in (55.88-cm) zone, the 1-HP motor pumps 120 gal of 110-140°F water per minute over the dish rack to remove heavy soil from dishes.
