Space Saving Design
The Quadzilla Evaporator System places four high output evaporators into a single 36’’ high cabinet. This compact design provides the ice production capacity of two stackable ice machines in one low profile unit.
Cleanability
Food zone components are removable for easy cleaning.Alphasan® molded components (colored in white) keep the food zone cleaner between cleanings by inhibiting bacteria, fungus, mold, and other microbes. Wiring, tubing, and electrical components are seperate from the food zone, reducing the number of surfaces that need cleaning.
Serviceability
Front facing service areas-foodzone, refrigerant lines, water pumps and control box-are easy to access reducing service costs and downtime.
Durability
Tubular 304 stainless steel welded frame construction provides added strength and durability for a lifetime of use.304 stainless steel platform provides a highly corrosion-resistant base for compressor and other components.
QuietQube Technology
Traditional Remotes ice machines place the compressor inside the ice machine and the condensor out side, helping reduce heat. Manitowoc’s patented QuietQube design helps the noise and heat out of the customer environment by placing the compressor and condenser fan outdoors (typically on a roof).
