1/2 Height, Insulated Moisture Heated Holding/Proofing Cabinet with Full Length Clear Door. Cool-to-touch design provides energy efficiency at a lower initial investment. Durable polymer Insulation Armour insulates the cabinet and is dent, impact, and stain resistant. Built-in hand holds and full-body bumper protection make it easy to handle when used in mobile applications.The model will be added factory installed required accessories.
Insulation Armour is available in Red, Blue, or Gray standard and in other colors on a promotional basis or upon request.
Three modules are available: Holding, Moisture, and Combination Proof and Hold. All feature an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights.All are removable without tools for easy cleaning, and allow for future upgrades without replacing entire cabinet body.
