“Muffled” Heating System
Heat within the oven’s sealed chamber surrounds the oven cavity for even temperature throughout and a consistent bake every time. Its indirect “muffled” heating system guides flue gases around the oven’s chamber, rather than flowing through it. This design also keeps flue gases safely in the chamber rather than escaping into the kitchen when the door opens.
