The PP-96-R, four-section, designed for remote refrigeration, glycol cooled top pan rail accommodates (13) 1/3 pans, (4) 22-3/8" solid hinged doors, (2) wire shelves per door, white polyethylene cutting board, digital thermometer, stainless steel exterior and interior liner.
