NU-VU V-Air® Technology 

All NU-VU ovens have patented V-Air® technology.  V-Air® system has been proven to be highly efficiently tested for over 30 years. The excellent heat dissipation throughout the NU-VU ovens provided by V-Air® technology is relatively shortened to any other convection ovens. In addition, thanks to the V-Air® feature, there is no need to turn the trays or open the oven throughout the baking cycle. 

All of these V-Air® benefits save more quality bakery products while saving labor and energy. The V-Air® Ovens also have the steam injection feature that gives bread and rolls appetizing "Crackle" and "Brightness." 

NU-VU Baking Equipment

1. NU-VU Convection Ovens 

NU-VU offers a complete convection oven series for Restaurants, Cafeterias, Convenience Stores, Grocery Stores, and Coffee Shops. All NU-VU Convection Ovens occupy little space and easily fit into your counter. 

2. NU-VU Oven-Proofer Combinations 

NU-VU is a leader in "On-Premise" baking with their oven-proofer combination products. NU-VU Oven-Proofer performs proof and bakes in a single cabinet V-Air®, and Jet Air features, which have been carefully developed with many years of experience, improve the baking process of frozen foods. They are excellent for restaurants, deli chains, supermarkets, and convenience stores because they prove and bake in the same cabinet and save space and money. 

3. NU-VU Proofers 

NU-VU proofers provide the perfect environment for proofing which is a significant part of the baking process. They have simple mechanical controls that allow precise adjustment of heat and humidity levels. There are two series, the PRO series that manually fills the water needed in the proofing process or the PROW Series with automatic filling. 

4. NU-VU Smokers 

NU-VU Smokers are equipped with the V-Air®  System that provides equal heat and smoke distribution. It is simple to keep the products moist by providing humidity with the auto water filling connection. With NU-VU Smookers' temperatures up to 350°F, you can roast with or without humidity or cook slowly and smoke. When the cooking cycle is over, they automatically switch to hold. 

5. NU-VU Bread Cabinets 

NU-VU Bread Cabinets are complementary and functional accessories to other NU-VU products. They provide storage for the finished products while minimizing the drying of the products before serving. Bread cabinets are made of light and durable aluminum. Polycarbonate doors can be selected as right or left hinged. 

6. NU-VU Knock Down Racks 

NU-VU Racks are constructed from light and durable aluminum with a rugged top. All NU-VU Racks have heavy-duty casters for mobility. They are transported knockdown form and simple to install on-site.
