Hatco's GR/GRH Glo-Ray Stainless Steel Infrared Strip Heater blankets food holding areas to safely hold products at optimum serving temperatures, using a pre-focused heat pattern and specially designed reflectors to ensure maximum food holding.The Glo-Ray pre-focused heat pattern directs heat from a tubular element to cover the entire holding surface.
