Construction
Stainless Steel / Insulated - Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability - fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Heat System
Retherm Heat System - Full cabinet air circulation for high volume heating and finishing prepared foods. No venting hood space required for most local code.
Moisture-Temp Heat System - High performance - low technology. Provide the best food quality from amplified heated moisture for short-term holding applications.
Slides and Shelves
Adjustable Slides for Various Baskets,Trays & Pans - Unique universal design holds 13"x26" and/or 18"x26" baskets plus 12" x 20" pans, 18" x 26" sheet trays or GN containers on fully adjustable tray slides. Slides are removable for thorough interior cleaning.
