SecoSelect ROAD WARRIOR Specifications
GENERAL: Cabinet constructed throughout with stainless steel. All double
wall construction insulated with high density fiberglass insulation. All
exterior surfaces shall be ground and polished to a #4 finish. Cabinet
comes complete with heavy-duty push handles, cord wrap, bumper with “T”
bar, transport latch on door, card holder on door and 8” casters.
INTERNAL FRAME: All vertical and horizontal edges framed with a
combination of 1 1/2” x 1 1/2” x 1/8” angle steel, arc welded, cross
braced and reinforced at all corners.
BASE FRAME: 1/8” formed steel base. Base shall have, four 6” x 6”x
5/16”, steel plates drilled and tapped to accommodate 5”, 6” or 8”
casters. The plates are fully welded to frame on all four sides.
INNER CABINET: Inner cabinet shall be all 24 gauge 300 series stainless
steel. Universal angles constructed of heavy gauge wire and vertical and
horizontal 11 gauge flat stock. Each pair shall accommodate 250 lbs.
Chrome plated with heavy nickel and a clear coat. Angles adjustable on 1
1/2” centers. Holding posts removable for cleaning. Angles will
accommodate 2 (12” x 20”) pans or 1 (18” x 26”) tray or 2 (14” x 18”)
trays.
DOOR: Door shall be all 20 gauge stainless steel. Door shall have full
interior frame constructed of 3/4” x 3/4” 16 gauge galvanized angle
steel. Door shall be fully insulated and gasketed. Door shall have an
exterior louver with an interior damper for moisture control. All door
hardware shall be secured through framing in cabinet and door. Door have
8 1/2” x 11” card holder. Door shall have a heavy duty positive and
magnetic door latch and heavy duty refrigeration type door hinges. Doors
shall have 11 gauge stainless steel transport latch that will accept a
padlock.
ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cabinet shall have a top mounted control
panel consisting of an on and off switch with power indicator light,
electronic temperature controller and digital temperature display. Each
cabinet shall be heated by a 120 volt 60 cycle 1 phase Armor Heat™
system. Cabinet shall come complete with a permanently mounted 8’ cord
with a Nema #5- 15P plug and cord wrap. Top of cabinet is removable for
easy access to controls.
CASTERS: Cabinet shall have 4 heavy duty 8” casters, 4 swivel casters
with brakes mounted to 6” x 6” x 5/16” steel plate drilled and tapped.
Cabinet shall have a full wrap around rubber bumper. Bumper frame shall
be 1/8” formed steel plate with aluminum cover, with bumper channels
welded and riveted to bumper frame. Bumper frame is secured to bottom of
the cabinet with 1/4” screws.
