This versatile Somerset CDR 2100M dough roller is great for making pizza, dough sheeting, cookies, pie crusts, flour tortillas, sweet dough, calzones, pita bread, flat bread, roti, and so much more! This unit has a production capacity of 500-600 pieces an hour and features a simple, compact ergonomic design for easy operation and efficiency.
The Somerset CDR 2100M dough roller allows you to produce dough with a uniformity in thickness using simple to adjust handles. This dough roller has a heavy duty complete stainless steel construction for durability and sanitation and is equipped with automatic shut off sensors for operator safety. This Somerset dough roller comes with 3.5" ( 8.89 cm ) diameter by 20" ( 50.80 cm ) length synthetic rollers and metallic rollers are also available separately. It is powered by a heavy duty ¾ HP maintenance free single phase, 115v/ 60 HZ or 220v/ 50 HZ gear motor. This Somerset CDR 2100M dough roller also comes with 4" stainless steel adjustable legs and permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings.
