standard size food pans, the High Capacity Hot Food Display
Cases (HFDH & HFDHC) will meet your needs whether you use
full size, half size or bun pans. Fits 3 wide or 2 lengthwise, full
size pans across all shelves/selling surfaces.
Shelf Configurations: 2 adjustable shelves can be arranged
to hold products of varying size. The HFDH provides a total of 3
selling surfaces and over 14 cubic feet of product space
Flexible Temperature: 6 heating zones can be individually
adjusted to the various products being held.
Front or Rear Mount Controller Option: The HFDHC
Combo-Serve can be purchased with the controller mounted
in the front or mounted in the rear. The front mount controller
is concealed behind a pull down panel. Please consult current

Attractive: Xenon light bulbs create a well-lit product display
for maximum customer appeal.
Serving Ability: The HFDHC’s swing open front doors and
sliding back doors make the case perfect for rear or front load
self serve applications. The HFDH has two sliding rear doors for
full service applications only.
