SPECIFICATIONS
Single compartment electric ENERGY STAR® certified convection
steamer. Low Water Energy (LWE) Smart Steam control reduces
energy consumption and water usage. High output stainless
steel generator with two-speed Staged Water Fill. Generator also
includes Smart Drain System (timed drain) with PowerFlush. Operator controls include 60-minute timer with constant steam setting
and an illuminated power switch in addition to cook and ready
lights. Stainless steel exterior and cooking compartment with
coved interior corners. Heavy duty door and door latch mechanism with door gasket guard. Shipped for 208/60-50/3 electrical
service. Can be field converted to 240/60-50/3. Split water line
connection. 1 1⁄2" NPT drain connection.
