General Info
Spectrum griddles have a wide heating range, from frying eggs on low to cooking burgers with high heat, all on the half-inch thick polished steel grill surface. Independent controls further regulate the heating zones. The extra-tall steel wall backsplash enclosure helps to minimize grease splatters.
