Winston Industries became well known when its founder Shelton started to cooperate with Colonel, who was the founder of KFC. Shelton invented Collectramatic® and Controlled Vapor Technology ( CVap® ) for KFC and gave a new direction to fast food history. The company is also the only manufacturer of very low-pressure (VLP) fryers.
