The SG-BDL-O-WS is an ETL Listed (to the UL710 Standard)Type 1 Oven-Mounted Exhaust Hood manufactured byGaylord Industries specifically for Wood Stone ovens. Theeyebrow-type hood mounts directly on top of the oven. It isdesigned to capture all the exhaust from the oven flue collarand draw warm air away from the front of the oven. The hoodcomes complete with a pre-drilled mounting flange and all thehardware necessary for mounting.
Hood for Mt. Chuckanut, Curved Face, pre-piped for Ansul, requires 450 CFM, 0.8" S.P.
