Arctic Industries Walk-In Coolers and Freezers

Arctic Industries provides a comprehensive line of custom-built walk-in coolers, freezers, and cooler-freezer combos. The company also manufactures walk-in parts and accessories, including door hardware, thermometers, viewing windows, and panel parts. All Arctic walk-in coolers and freezers are available in Blue Line and Signature Series. These products ' important standard features are energy efficiency, durable construction, and customizability. While the Blue Line Series is a more affordable refrigeration solution maintaining Arctic Industries' quality, the Signature Series is tailored to customers' specifications.

• Arctic Industries uses high-density, CFC-free foam insulated panels. Standard insulation thicknesses are 4 inches (10 cm) on walk-in coolers and 5-3/8 inches (13.5 cm) on freezers to improve internal temperature retention and thermal efficiency. This panel construction ensures durability, strength, and more accurate field assembly.
• The factory-built Arctic Industries walk-in coolers and freezers have NSF-approved smooth aluminum floors. Other floor finish options include diamond treadplate, smooth galvanized, and stainless steel. Yet, depending on installation location and purpose, you can choose reinforced and no floor options.
• You can specify your reinforced floor by static load rating. Arctic Industries economy floors are suitable for all foot traffic with a static load rating of 600 lbs./ft2 (nearly 6452/m2). Prefer heavy-duty floors with additional ¾-inch (1.9-cm) plywood underlayment for superior strength and up to 2600 lbs./ft2 (11878 kg/m2) rating for keg truck, hand cart, and pallet jack traffic.
• Arctic Industries walk-in coolers and freezers have flush-mounted doors with heavy-duty hinges and replaceable door gaskets. The self-closing doors are 34" by 78" (86x198 cm) centered. Door heaters and factory-installed pressure relief valves are standard on all the walk-in freezers. The interior and exterior of the doors are protected from cart and foot traffic damage with a 24-inch (61-cm) kick plate in Blue Line and a 36-inch (91) kick plate in Signature Series walk-ins.
• Arctic Industries refrigeration configurations include pre-assembled, remote, or top-mount self-contained systems with air or water-cooled condensing units.
• Arctic Industries Inc. also cares for aesthetics and layout, presenting various smooth and textured finishes with laminate coating or painted options in almost limitless colors.
• Arctic Industries backs its products with a 15-year panel, 5-year compressor, and 1-year parts and labor warranty.
