Choice Shelving

Choice Equipment offers stationary and mobile shelving units with fixed and adjustable shelves. Their strength, customizability, and adjustability make them popular for foodservice storage and organization needs. They are available in 2, 3, and 4-shelf configurations with tubular, E-channel, T-bar, or solid-style shelves. The fully welded frame withstands heavy loads; each shelf holds up to 1500 lb (680.39 kg). The 3 standard shelf depths are 18" (45.72 cm), 20" (50.8 cm), and 24" (60.96 cm). The 6-width options vary from 30" (76.2 cm) to 60" (152.4 cm) to accommodate various storage needs.

Choice Stainless Steel Cabinets for Food Trays

Choice Equipment delivers open or enclosed mobile cabinets for transporting 18" by 26" (45.72 by 66.04 cm) food trays. The enclosed cabinets have solid or clear doors that swing 270 degrees with a stainless steel gravity latch. They are 23" wide, 28" deep, and up to 70" high. The universal adjustable cabinets allow for the carrying of bun pans, bake pans, glass racks, steam table pans, and service trays in the same unit.

Choice Oven Racks

Choice Equipment's oven racks are available in 10, 12, 15, or 20-tray capacities for single or double-rack ovens with end or side-load configurations. The tray capacities vary by slide spacing, ranging from 3" (1.62 cm) to 6" (15.24 cm). The racks have 4" (10.16 cm) heat-resistant casters and stainless steel lift brackets.

Choice Keg Racks

Choice Equipment Company designs fixed and modular keg racks with 1 or 2-channel shelves for kegs and a top tubular shelf for non-keg storage. The fixed racks accommodate 4, 6, 8, or 10 racks. The customizable modular models maximize storage and space efficiency with inside and outside corner units.

Choice Work Tables

Choice Equipment manufactures standard-duty work tables constructed from 19-gauge stainless steel and heavy-duty work tables constructed from 14-gauge stainless steel. They come with a stainless steel undershelf or open base with a U-brace and adjustable bullet feet for easy leveling on uneven surfaces. The standard sizes are 34" (86.36 cm) high and 24" (60.96 cm) to 120" (304.8 cm) high. Units with a 1.5" (3.81 cm) or 5" (12.7 cm) backsplash are available for each size.

Choice Equipment material handling category includes powder-coated green stocking carts, boat carts, and grey receiving desks. The 2 stocking carts feature all-welded 14-gauge stainless steel construction and heavy-duty casters to carry 1500 lb (680.39 kg) or 2500 lb (1133.98 kg). The boat carts come with solid or wire shelf options. The receiving desks have a lockable drawer, an open or enclosed base, and a convenient top work area for organizing receiving and shipping operations.

These front or side-load racks are available in 3 heights: 71" (180.34 cm) full-size, 32" (81.28 cm) or 38" (96.52 cm) half-size, and 64" (162.56 cm) refrigerator-size. They accommodate up to 30 standard 18" (45.72 cm) by 26" (66.04 cm) sheet pans, depending on the size, and 2" (5.08 cm) to 6" (15.24 cm) slide spacing.
