How To Clean A Frosty Factory Machine?

Cleaning your Frosty Factory machine is crucial for maintaining its performance and hygiene. Follow the simple steps below:

• Turn off the machine and drain all the remaining mix.
• Remove the faceplate knobs, the faceplate, and the faceplate O-ring.
• Put everything you take off in a bucket of soapy water.
• Remove the plunger from the faucet, remove the beater bar, and slide off the spring seal.
• Get a drip tube brush, dip it in hot water, and run it up the barrel behind the ceramic ring to clean any residue left in the barrel. Repeat this until the brush comes back clean.
• Wipe the ceramic ring thoroughly with a clean paper towel.
• Put the float clip in the hopper into the soapy water and wipe it inside the hopper with a clean cloth.
• Then, reassemble the parts. Remember to apply a light film of sanitary lubricant to the beater bar and the faceplate O-ring.
• Remove the drip tray, wash it in soapy water, and insert it back.
• After you reassemble everything and wipe down the whole unit, put a 2-gal batch of sanitizing solution in the machine and run it in the stirring mode for at least 5 minutes and no more than 10.
• Then, drain the sterilizing solution and rinse the unit with fresh water.
