Kool-It Infinity

Kool-It Infinity: Commercial Refrigeration by MVP Group

Kool-It Infinity is MVP Group's commercial refrigeration line built around R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, stainless steel construction, and electronic temperature controls. Chef's Deal lists Infinity pizza prep tables and bottle coolers. The broader line also includes sandwich and salad prep tables, reach-in refrigerators and freezers, undercounter and worktop units, chef bases, glass-door refrigerators and freezers, and back bar coolers.

Who Makes Kool-It Infinity?

MVP Group Corp makes Kool-It Infinity. The Group is a multi-brand foodservice manufacturer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a Canadian office in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. Infinity is one of several MVP refrigeration lines, alongside Kool-It Signature, Ikon, and Hydra-Kool.

R290 Hydrocarbon Cooling & Stainless Steel Build

R290 hydrocarbon cooling and a stainless steel build define the Kool-It Infinity platform. R290 is a natural, low-global-warming-potential (GWP) refrigerant, and the "-HC" suffix marks it in every model number. The shared platform adds stainless steel construction, an electronic thermostat with a digital LED display for fast HACCP temperature checks, automatic defrost, and automatic evaporation of condensation water.

• Self-closing doors stay open at 90°.
• Most kitchen units roll on casters so that crews can clean behind the line.
• Listed models run on 115V power.

This platform covers prep, storage, and bar equipment within the same Infinity product family, allowing operators to coordinate equipment across a commercial station.

Kool-It Infinity Pizza Prep Tables

Kool-It Infinity pizza prep tables come in 3 configurations: KIN44PP-HC (1 section), KIN67PP-HC (2 sections), and KIN91PP-HC (3 sections). Each includes cutting boards, stainless steel pans, self-closing doors, and adjustable wire shelves per section. They maintain 33°F (0.556°C) to 40°F (4.4°C) with a side-mounted refrigeration system. These units hold cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings.

• The KIN44PP-HC measures 44.5 in (113.03 cm) wide, accommodates 6 one-third-size pans, and runs on a 1/5 HP compressor motor.
• The KIN67PP-HC measures 69.3 in (176.022 cm) wide, accommodates 9 one-third-size pans, and runs on a 1/3 HP compressor motor.
• The KIN91PP-HC measures 91.9 in (233.426 cm) wide, accommodates 12 one-third-size pans, and runs on a 3/7 HP compressor motor.

Match the section count and pan capacity to the available make-line space and topping volume.

Kool-It Infinity Bottle Coolers

Kool-It Infinity bottle coolers are horizontal refrigerators for bars, pubs, and event or concession service. The lineup includes the KIN50BC-HC and KIN65BC-HC. Both feature a black-coated steel exterior, a stainless steel top and interior, R290 refrigerant, 2 locking sliding lids, adjustable coated steel dividers, and a removable bottle cap opener with cap catcher.

• The KIN50BC-HC measures 49.5 in (125.73 cm) wide and runs on a 1/4 HP compressor.
• The KIN65BC-HC measures 64.5 in (163.83 cm) wide and runs on a 1/3 HP compressor.

Size the cooler according to available bar length and the amount of bottled product the operation needs to keep accessible.

Sandwich & Salad Prep Tables (Standard & Megatop)

Sandwich and salad prep tables come in Standard models (KIN29SP-HC to KIN72SP-HC) and Megatop models (KIN29MSP-HC to KIN72MSP-HC). Their widths range from 29 in (73.66 cm) to 72 in (182.88 cm). Megatop models provide a deeper topping rail for menus that require more pan capacity.

Reach-In Refrigerators & Freezers

Infinity reach-ins include 1-, 2-, and 3-door refrigerators (KIN29R-HC, KIN49R-HC, and KIN72R-HC) and matching freezers (KIN29F-HC, KIN49F-HC, and KIN72F-HC). Each Kool-It Infinity refrigerator/freezer model features solid self-closing doors and bottom-mount compressors.

Undercounter & Worktop Refrigerators & Freezers

Undercounter (UCR/UCF) and worktop (WTR/WTF) units are available in widths from 27 in (68.58 cm) to 72 in (182.88 cm). Undercounter units fit beneath existing counters, while worktop models provide a refrigerated or frozen base with a stainless steel top.

Chef Base Refrigerators

KIN60CB-HC, KIN72CB-HC, and KIN84CB-HC chef bases provide refrigerated drawer storage to hold proteins under griddles and charbroilers.

Glass Door Merchandisers & Back Bar Coolers

Infinity glass-door refrigerators (KINGDR26-HC, KINGDR52-HC, KINGDR78-HC) and freezers (KINGDF26-HC, KINGDF52-HC, KINGDF78-HC) provide product visibility for grab-and-go storage. Back bar coolers (KIN48GBB-HC, KIN60GBB-HC, KIN72GBB-HC) support beverage storage behind the bar.

Kool-It Infinity for Pizzerias, Sandwich Shops & Bars

Kool-It Infinity equips pizzerias, sandwich shops, and bars with the core of the make line. A pizza prep table anchors the pizza station, and a sandwich or Megatop unit handles subs and salads. Undercounter and worktop units add nearby backup cold storage, while reach-in freezers hold dough and other bulk ingredients.

Bars use bottle coolers for high-volume beverage storage, back bar coolers for behind-the-bar service, and glass-door merchandisers for packaged drinks. Identify your available space and storage requirements and then match each station to the right Infinity configuration.

How to Choose the Right Kool-It Infinity Unit

Choose a Kool-It Infinity unit by matching the station width, storage requirement, temperature type, and access configuration to the model. Check these factors before requesting a quote:

• Match the station width and sections: Measure the available make-line space, then match the pizza prep table section count or sandwich prep table length to the station.
• Compare pan count and size: Count the toppings and ingredients the menu requires, then compare the required pan capacity and pan size with each prep-table model.
• Select a refrigerator or freezer: Use refrigerators for chilled preparation and holding, and choose freezers when the operation needs frozen storage for dough or other bulk ingredients.
• Choose the access configuration: Select solid doors for enclosed storage, glass doors for product visibility, or refrigerated drawers when ingredients need to remain directly beneath cooking equipment.
• Allow compressor ventilation clearance: Leave the required side clearance around side-mounted refrigeration on pizza prep tables, and check the individual spec sheet for compressor location and clearance requirements on other Infinity models.
• Confirm the electrical connection: Check the unit's specification sheet and confirm that the available outlet matches the model's voltage and electrical requirements.

Chef's Deal's design and layout team can help match the Infinity equipment to the kitchen or bar layout and storage requirements.
