Moffat Turbofan Convection Ovens

Moffat USA delivers an extensive line of electric convention ovens in multiple sizes and capacities. The lineup includes a gas convection model. Moffat electric convection ovens are available in 20 and 30 Series with 3 control options: The 20 Series models are manual or digital, and the 30 Series is digital or touchscreen.

• Manual Control: A mechanical thermostat allowing temperature adjustments between 150°F and 500°F (65.56°C and 260°C) and a 60-minute timer.
• Digital Control: A 0.75-in (1.91 cm) display with easy-to-read information on time and temperature, an electronic thermostat, and 3-stage cooking with 20 cooking and baking profiles.
• Touchscreen Control: A user-friendly touchscreen display with up to 99 icon-based menu settings, 5 cooking stages, and a USB port to update programs and icons.

Moffat Turbofan ovens are all sing-deck with 2 to 6 oven wire racks. The 20 Series models accommodate 2 to 4 full-size sheet pans, while the 30 Series offers 4 to 6-pan capacity. These ovens integrate cooking, baking, roasting, grilling, and holding functions in a single unit. They come with the following standard features:

For instance, the Moffat E32D5 electric convection oven has a core temperature probe that monitors the food’s internal temperature during cooking. Its 5-level moisture injection mode adds steam at controlled levels to the oven chamber, preventing items from drying out to achieve a crisp crust and a tender, moist interior.

Moffat USA Turbofan proofer & holding cabinets are versatile kitchen appliances that maintain precise temperature and humidity control for proofing and hot-holding needs. They have a manually-controlled thermostat for easy temperature adjustments between 65°F and 185°F (18.33°C and 85°C). An auto water fill system and low-velocity fan distribute heat and humidity gently and evenly. They hold 10, 16, or 24 half-size sheet pans. You can use them individually or pair them with 32, 33, or 35 Series Moffat electric convection ovens.

Moffat Turbofan Heated Holding Cabinets

Moffat USA Turbofan heated holding cabinets keep cooked food at a safe temperature range of 68°F – 194°F (20°C – 90°C). They integrate with Turbofan E32 and E33 convection ovens or are used as undercounter units. Their cabinet drain and condensate pan provide easy drainage, simplifying cleaning. They are available in digital or touchscreen controls and 8 to 10 half-size or full-size sheet pan capacities.

Moffat USA Turbofan Halton hoods provide a space-saving and flexible kitchen ventilation solution. They remove the need for traditional Type-1 hoods with bulky canopies or complex ductwork. Their 3-stage filtration system effectively captures grease, particles, and odors, enhancing the air quality in your kitchen. Available in 24 in (60.96 cm) to 38 in (96.52 cm) widths, Moffat USA ventless hoods are compatible with 30 Series electric convection ovens.
