MTI AutoFry ventless deep fryers are innovative and revolutionary cooking equipment for commercial kitchens. These automated electric fryers remove the need for traditional ventilation systems, making them ideal for locations with space limitations or restrictions on ventilation installation. All AutoFry deep fryers have an Ansul fire suppression system, oil filtration, automatic basket lift, automated cook cycles, and fully enclosed stainless steel construction. MTI Technology developed the Simplifry™ feature for its AutoFry lineup. It continually tracks oil temperatures and adjusts cooking times based on the load quantity.
MTI Technology 5 AutoFry models. They accept products in a fry basket, fry them, and deliver the finished items automatically to a tray. They are available in single or dual baskets and countertop or floor models.
MTI Technology’s MultiChef rapid cook ovens are countertop appliances with a large, user-friendly touchscreen interface. They function in multiple languages and store up to 1024 pre-programmed recipes for easy operation and consistent results. These innovative ovens combine high-speed air convection, impinged air, bottom infrared, and microwave powers to cook food up to 80% faster than traditional ovens. MTI Technology offers two size options: 16 in (40.64 cm) wide XS and 20 in (50.8 cm) wide XLT.
