Ugolini is a manufacturer of commercial beverage dispensers, ice cream machines, and frozen treat machines, renowned for its Italian craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology. Established in 1946 by Mario Ugolini, a self-taught expert in the refrigeration industry, the company launched repair services for the leading refrigeration brands at that time. Accumulating a remarkable experience in the industry, Ugolini began manufacturing drink chillers, which were first showcased at the Milan Trade Show in 1966. Reaching significant success with immediate orders, Ugolini expanded its production and entered foreign markets starting in the 1970s, ultimately sending its products to more than 120 countries.

Ugolini beverage dispensers present a versatile beverage preparation, showcasing and serving unit for cold juices, iced teas, flavored waters, and dairy-based drinks. They feature 1 to 4 transparent bowls (each with a capacity of 5.28 liters per bowl and up to 21.13 gallons/80 liters) to allow for maximum product visibility and high beverage volume. Additionally, they are available in Deluxe (featuring a motor per bowl) and compact series, which come with one motor that drives all bowls to stir drinks using a magnetic impeller or paddle stirrer.
Ugolini hot chocolate dispensers are designed to mix and serve thick sauces, chocolate, and syrups in commercial settings. Available in Delice 3 and Delice 5 models, these commercial dispensers offer a 3- to 5-liter capacity and feature shatterproof, transparent bowls. Furthermore, you can adjust the temperature to ensure the perfect texture.
Ugolini soft serve machines are engineered to make and serve gelato and ice cream with soft to firm texture. They feature a compact footprint with dimensions of 10.23 inches (26 cm) and 22.44 inches (57 cm) in depth, offering a 1.05-gallon (4 liters) hopper capacity to produce 180 ice cream cones per hour. Ugolini soft serve ice cream machines offer a user-friendly experience, featuring a touchscreen display and an automatic cleaning function.
Ugolini frozen drink machines and slushie dispensers are perfect for preparing and serving granita, frozen cocktails, smoothies, and specialty drinks. They feature 1 to 3 bowls with 1.58-gallon (6-liter) bowls in the MINI series and 7.92-gallon (30-liter) bowls in the GIANT series. Ugolini slushie machines offer temperature adjustments and consistency options (from Soft drink to granita) to enable the creation of different recipes with varying textures.
